Box-end tables
This category includes all decks with a so-called box-end shape, meaning a square deck end. This is the primary criterion used to assign decks to either the street deck or park deck subcategory.
However, the world is complicated, and not all box-end decks are automatically street decks. For example, a rider who is 150 cm tall may consider a 520 mm box-end deck a street deck, while a rider who is 180 cm tall may consider the same deck more of a park deck, regardless of the fact that it is a so-called box-end deck. Many decks clearly belong to one category, i.e. park deck or street deck, while this is less clear for others. Therefore, we prefer to follow clear criteria referring to the deck shape, i.e. Box-end and Peg-cut. The Street and Park descriptors are then mainly supplementary.
An unwritten rule: So-called box-end / street decks have more versatile uses than park decks. In other words, more riders use box-end decks for both street and park riding than the other way around.
When choosing a deck, please pay attention to the wheel width. Wheels are manufactured in different widths, so make sure in advance that the selected wheel width will be compatible with your deck.
