Drone Nexus I Kai Saunders Deck 6.5 x 22

NEXUS 1 is our new flagship street deck.

We designed every element of this deck to make it one of the lightest and strongest 6" and 6.5" wide decks on the market.

The 84-degree headtube and neck are manufactured using die-casting technology and subsequently CNC machined. The bottom of the neck features a wider base to account for the increased stress caused by a larger deck and more demanding street riding. The headtube has been simplified so that the weld area between the neck and the headtube is flat and optimized for strength. The headtube also features fluting and cutouts to reduce weight from both the outside and the inside.

The deck plate is now 6" and 6.5" wide and features a perforated surface to reduce weight.

The deck comes with a steel, yet lightweight, brake, as plastic brakes felt too weak during our testing. The deck also includes replaceable deck ends, which are now set deeper into the deck plate. You only need a hex key to replace the deck ends.
